Lagerfeld

Sunburst Honey Locust
The Sunburst Honeylocust tree, Gleditsia triacanthos inermis, 'Sunburst', is smaller in stature than the common Honeylocust tree. Sunburst Honeylocust trees display yellow new growth, and the yellow leaves persists throughout the season. The wood is dense, hard, and durable. The Sunburst Honeylocust is fast growing up to 2 ? a year. It is a very fine textured tree with a broad, pyramidal crown, and an excellent lawn tree for filtered shade. This deciduous tree displays clusters of yellow-green, fragrant flowers open in May-June. The leaves are divided into many small, oval leaflets giving a fern-like appearance to the foliage; leaves are normally green, but the 'Sunburst' cultivar has light yellow leaves. This tree is a version of improved thornless, podless varieties. Easy to transplant because it withstands a wide range of conditions. Does best in moist bottomlands or soils with high pH. Prefers full sun. Extremely salt tolerant.

Just Joey
The Just Joey rose has a fruity frangrance which wafts from large ruffled apricot blooms. Thsi superstar rose is from England. Just Joey roses were inducted into the Hall of Fame by the World Federation of Rose Societies in 1994. A delightful rose for many placements.

Fraser Fir
The Fraser Fir, Abies Fraseri, is a classy, tall, fir tree that has short dark-green needles with silver undersides. It is among the most classy of conifers. A great ornamental and Christmas tree because of its density and compactness. Fraser Firs will grow in most locations but must have good drainage. Fraser Fir is a medium-sized tree, 40 to 70 feet high and one to more than two feet in diameter. This dense evergreen tree has wood that is light, soft, not strong and coarse-grained. It is grown extensively for Christmas trees in North Carolina, where it is ranked as the number one Christmas tree by the Christmas tree industry.

Aristocrat Flowering Pear
The Aristocrat Flowering Pear tree, Pyrus 'Aristocrat', is a beautiful tree that is attractive in all four seasons. It produces masses of white flowers in early spring, followed by bright, glossy green, disease resistant foliage. Leaves turn a deep to reddish-purple in mid to late fall to provide spectacular fall color. The clean winter outline is upright to pyramidal when young and becomes broadly oval at maturity. Aristocrat Flowering Pear trees have a more dominant trunk and open form that helps this deciduous, flowering species, to be less susceptible to wind damage. Home owners and landscapers place this tree in prominent locations because of the year around beauty it provides.
