We endeavor to provide superior service, but if we make an error, we’ll make every effort to make it right – either by refunding all costs involved, or adjusting the selling price to everyone’s satisfaction. We strive to offer only the absolute best quality products. If you receive a defective product from us (unlikely, but it could happen) return it within 30 days and we'll gladly replace the item or refund your card for the price of the item plus shipping both ways. All items must be sealed in original wrapping unless damaged or defective.
