Shipping We send out your package using a variety of shippers. Currently your choices are UPS(recommended), USPS, and Fedex. The shipping cost will be calculated during checkout. We prefer UPS due to the excellent service and fast shipping. All UPS orders are insured. If you would like a tracking number you need only to request one viaemail. Shipping normally takes 2-10 business days. Overnight or 2 day air are available for an additional charge. Once you submit your online order and your payment information is verified, a receipt and total will be emailed to the address you provide. Since your creditcard will not be processed in real time, please allow up to 24hours to process your order (depending on the time of day you submit the order form). Your purchases will be shipped out immediately upon verification of your credit card information. Multimedia 1.0 will contact you in the unlikely event a problem should arise with your order. Return Policy All return must be within 2 weeks of receiving the item. Multimedia 1.0 will provide store credit on unopened products In the case of damaged or defective products, Multimedia 1.0 will exchange the product for another of the same brand and features.
